The company Stewart Title ( www.stewartcr.com) has a regional office in Costa Rica who will take on the role of mediator between the buyer and the company that is developing the Lora Hills Project, by means of a title guarantee. In this way the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica can proceed with the financing in the investor’s country of origin.
