Those that use the condominium may also use a recreational area or Club House that has a small Ranch, BBQ, swimming pool, gym, outside showers, footpaths, play grounds, gardens and of course an abundance of flora and fauna that only the rainforest can offer such as Congo monkeys, deer, armadillos, coatimundis, morphos, raccoons, anteaters, porcupines and a variety of reptiles like iguanas and snakes that inhabit the surrounding areas.

There will also be a Managers House and Guards House so that there will be a continuous focus on the condominiums regulations with efficient administration.
